We offer in-person customer service at two offices:

• Main Office: Located in the Hollands neighborhood (downtown Utila, on the island’s main street, next to Banco Atlántida). Open every day of the year from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except on December 25th and January 1st, when hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Los Cayitos Office: Open Monday to Saturday, with service hours from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (Access by boat only).
